About the opportunity:
Mastermyne has been providing underground coal mining services in QLD and NSW for over 28 years. The Company has built a reputation for high quality work and delivering on what it promises to do. To continue to deliver customer excellence in a safe and productive way we need energetic and skilled Site Administrators on site to support our project management team. This is exactly what we seek for our longstanding contract in the Bowen Basin that has circa 250 personnel.
Reporting to the Project Manager on site, and working as part of a broader project management team, you will manage finance functions including accounts receivable, debtor management and payroll, invoicing, accommodation bookings and broader administration duties.
About the person:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong relationship management skills and your proactive and positive attitude will be critical to succeed in this role. Ideally you will have prior site based experience where you regularly juggle multiple priorities and expectations to ensure you deliver quality outcomes for all your key stakeholders.
